We got into this business accidentally as we helped friends and colleagues arriving in Shekou. Three years ago we discovered we could do a more efficient, comprehensive and lower cost job of arranging relocations so we launched Dial-an-Angel.
Many of the local real estate agents do not speak English and are primarily loyal to the landlord and themselves; often inflating prices when dealing with expats. We are employed by YOU - the incoming expat, and are loyal to you. Plus, we understand your needs and expectations as we live here and have been through this ourselves. We pride ourselves on our after sales service - something you will not get from local estate agents.
We are part of the Shekou community and stay in business by our reputation for good service and getting great deals for our customers. In fact over 50% of our business now comes from referrals from our customers and members of our business network in China.
On June 1st 2009 we open our OCT branch operation in Nanshan (nearby Windows of the World) to provide our services to expats in the OCT and Futian areas. Tim Ramble heads up the fledgling operation there and can provide guidance for newcomers wanting to locate in those areas. Tim is an Englishman who has been in China for 12 years, is fluent in Mandarin and was formerly managing sales and marketing of serviced apartments for the Shangri-la Hotel group.
