Our clients come from all parts of the world and work for many different companies; large and small; some are here to start with a new company, others to progress their career with a stint in the Far East. It is a time of excitement, anxiety, some fear and hopefully enthusiasm.
All have similar issues relating to housing, schooling, medical services and generally how they will survive in a new (& very foreign) country.

Dear Ian and Shirley I want to express how happy I am with everything you and your staff has done so far, and continues to do. I am new to the Shenzhen area and was very nervous to have to find an apartment, get it set up, and find someone who spoke English. To my surprise and delight Dial an Angel's staff was there to come to my aid. Working with Ian and especially Chloe, made the transition painless and fun. The staff is always there to help with all my needs big or small. Even when my apartment is all set up Dial an Angel continues to assist me in any task. (Even asking Chloe to help order me a pizza).

Thank you very much for arranging the car to Hong Kong. It worked out wonderfully and the driver was superb! Glenn was not put under any undue stress during the crossing and we were treated like VIPs. His injury was not serious and he is on the mend with no lasting effects.
Let me forward my personal thanks and appreciation as well. The service was super slick and really made a big difference in reducing the number of 'transitions' I had to make on the return flight. I am now much more experienced at negotiating HKG/LAX/LAS airports via wheelchair than anyone should have to be. Feel free to use my comments as a reference. You guys do good work

I do not have any negative feedback.Only positive.Really, I was, and still am pleased with your team.I think promptness is the most impressive thing about your folks.The first meeting was set 15 minutes from my first call.They showed me places that day and the next.On time.And then you helped with getting the contract stuff sorted out, came to my office, helped set up my place.This is all good.
